Crazy problem, from 3AM/CET till 10AM/CET I get perfect signal with prime focus dish.
Its an old Aluminum 2M Prime focus dish, it has 17 or more years. I have some Sharp LNB 0.6 or 0.7db/twin, with horn integrated for a prime focus dish.
This dish/LNB is connected to a Skystar 2 (ver 2.3) pc card and pointed to a:
Atlantic Bird 1/ 12.5° West./TP/Frequency: 11428 MHz/Polarization: Horizontal/30000
I have signal quality of 78% and 11db snr.
Problem is that something is happening at a time window from 10AM till 3:50AM,
because in a time window frame from a 3:50AM till 10AM a have perfect data reception after that I have problems..
What could be wrong, what is causing that in a specific time frame everything is good and in specific time frame everything is bad. How that can be possible?
Should I tried with some new LNBF like 0.2db or 0.3db mounted with LNBF collar for a prime focus.
Will I overcome this incompatibilities with this problem.
Will I had some LNB signal spiff if I use universal LNBF for offset dish on prime focus dish mounted with a LNBF collar.
And is it significant spiff comparing it with a gain from a new and better LNBF with 0.3db comparing it to a -0.6 or 0.7 LNB for a prime focus.
