No idea where to stick this post.. Any Who... Had this idea for an antenna the other day.. Mainly for radio,NOAA.Semi works as OTA TV(2 channels)..Work great for what i wanted for.. Better than square ant. 4 bowtie ...New project has 3 elements(1 hooked up), cover dish in tin foil.about 3or4 lays(hooked up).. Get NOAA channel 6(grafton,oh) 51miles awhile from my location..4bowtie never could pick it up.. new project has no amps.this has suprised me..that it works great for i design it for..my projects are somewhat of an failure at time.. since i couldnt get 72w with it.this came to mind.looks good on paper. looks even better in the air. build time about 60 to 90mins or so.. now lets see how long it will last this winter..?!?
