Couldn't find any, seems pretty solid but wouldn't know till tried, would have to take the legs off the tripod or find another piece of pipe and drill out both or weld. (I need this jack so can't tear it up

That's great news.
The stroke might be to long for my 8' mesh, but might be just right for my 10', thinking about it it is probably extended quite a bit, will have to retract all the way to see...
If memory serves correctly, the brand name that I remember on the hand cranks that I saw was "Fulton".
I have a small motor that was burned out when I got the dish. I removed the motor and placed a vice grip on the protruding flat piece of the metal sticking out. Works perfect, and then marked the arm with pencil where the sats are. That dish usually stays on one sat for long periods so no reason to move it often.
Just a thought.

I got a solution for you, i have a SuperPowerjack that i put into pieces, rubbish actuators by the way, if you remove the crank shaft from the motor assembly you can use it as a old school manual crankshaft because you have a rod in the end you can put a handle on to turn the crank.
Hmm. Interesting. And they still sell them.
I think that old one was a Venture.

The hand crank model shown is no longer made. They can fab one from their standard actuator at a cost of about $200.Noticed that Venture Manufacturing Company has a hand crank actuator pictured on their site.
