Has this situation been taken care of yet. I know that the FCC ruled that Cox must offer the San Digo Padre games to other cable and satellite companies for broadcast but there were additional steps that had to be taken. Has this happened yet? Crucial series in San Francisco starting tonight and I'm afraid I won't be able to get it on MLB.

I'm confused as to what you're asking. 4SD feeds have been in MLB EI most of the year

Directv and Cox havent agreed on a price for D* to carry 4SD as a RSN. So right now the only way to see anything on 4SD via Directv is via MLB EI package. Now if you're in San Diego I hate to say it but you're screwed. You're blacked out on D* from MLB EI feeds and since 4SD isnt available you can't see it that way either.

Yes the FCC dropped the "legal loophole" for stations like 4SD and Comcast Philly but neither are on satellite as a RSN
