Covering LNB?

I am going to be adding a D500 for 129 and put my 1000.2 on 110 and 119 to improve SS. I know you need to "block" the 129 lnb on the 1000.2 and run the 500 output into the input on the 1000.2.

How would you guys recommend blocking the lnb? Wrap the outside in aluminum foil?

Block it ? Are they wired together internally ?

Good question. I just remember seeing it in a post(I thought). Ill have to look at it tomorrow.
