Court TV Making a Return

It is perhaps impressive if you come from Canada where DTV never really caught on, but there's a dark side to the technology where stations carry multiple HD channels or more than six SD channels and it all looks (and sometimes sounds) like a bad dream.

Then there's the observation that all of these channels don't necessarily bring much in the way of variety or fresh content. In many cases, something that was once to die for leaves to make way for something else. The re-branding thing has gone on for too long.

The reason that DTV never caught on in Canada was because of how the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC), Canada's FCC equivalent, handled the licenses: they required the stations to file amendments to get permission to carry digital subchannels. The Canadian TV station CFTV-TV 34 of Lamington, Ontario has three subchannels. Like the United States and Mexico, Canada uses the same ATSC technology, but the way Canada uses it is underwhelming.

They've been promoting some old and new programming for Court TV on their website, including the O.J. Simpson Trial and the Bill Cosby Trial.

The Court TV is no show today here in Albuquerque's TV market.

Might be tech or some kind of issues? Does anyone's having same kind of problems in others TV market?

Entranvision, is sometimes slow on adding new subchannel like they did with QUEST TV last year or before.

OK, is 87101 a PO Box ZIP code? When I entered it, it said Court TV was not in the area. When I entered 87102, it showed KLUZ 45.5. I tried their search on ZIP codes in my area and PO Box ZIP codes came up with no affiliate.

One week after the Cordillera/Scripps sale was approved Court TV launched on KATC-TV 3.4 Court TV is the FIRST OTA network to launch in the Lafayette La market on its initial debut.....

Personally I was hoping for Escape/Cozi TV to appear on KATC 3.4 but that's fine KATC is 720p station so hopefully a DT 5 will come soon or should I say big IF LOL

I submit that the RF channel is the "fake" channel. Many tuners can't pick an RF channel, the RF channel may change at any time (especially during a repack) and has nothing to do with the station's branding.
