Could the 922 or Hopper have the Dishworld iptv app besides Roku?

Why is the Roku the only device that can get Dishworld IPTV? It would make sense to also have the app on the 922 or Hopper. I know you can get all those channels through the satellite but for Eastern arc customers and sometimes having rain fade it would be nice to be able to use your internet connection to watch those channels. Correct me if I'm wrong since I don't have the 922 or Hopper maybe it does have the app.

no app on dish gear other then the original dish branded newlion box. you do make a valid point for those with LOS issues for 118

Not a bad idea, leads me to wonder if such an app is available for the xbox360. That would be good enough for me. HBO Go is available that way and it is fantastic.
