Could a motorized antenna work better?

I work for a big box store and visiting a sister one it had a bit more in electronics... :D I saw two larger antennas by channel master as well as a motorized stand I think for a OTA outdoor antenna...do these help at all ?

When I think about it some of the antennas said a range of I think 60 miles VHF, 100 miles UHF so if it needs to be turned this would make quite a bit of sense.:)

They work great if you have Stations(Towers) that are spread out in different directions .
I use one to turn my house( my Antenna) around to watch programming from either Chicago Area or the South Bend, Ind. Stations.
