Costco.com now advertising Blu-ray!

Not really 'news', it is a targeted navigation element, you have visited their BD section, they are trying to get you to go back. In one browser if i follow your link i see what is in your screenshot because of the data in the link.
In another browser, I navigated to the same section manually, and get an ad for ING direct:
Costco - Electronics
This is common in FAST/Endeca type websites.

That being said, I stand corrected, their site isn't doing what i initially thought it was, i was just in the wrong section (electronics vs just televisions).
Same banner is also on the DVD section. Given that they're initially showing the $28 and greater BDs, they're just driving customers to high margin electronic accessories.
