The more info you give, the better the answer you will receive.
Where are you located, and what bird are you trying to receive, that you need circular?
I'm assuming you want circular C-band.
The Corotor II Plus info may suggest it'll do circular and linear, but there's no magic to it.
As far as I know, it's just a wide band model.
It comes with the dielectric plate you shove into it, for circular operation, just the same as the non-Plus version.
As for circular Ku-band, I've never seen anyone report that the dielectric plate would work for Ku (on that sort of feedhorn).

If you need circular AND linear on C-band, the best option is probably two dishes.
For Ku-band, there IS an LNB that does both, but it would not get C-band.
