My DSR-922 is not showing the change for daylight saving time. I`ve had severalhits from NPS and it`s still one hour behind. How can this be corrected??

My 920 updated it's time, during the night of the time change, automatically. The only thing I can think of is go to G1-3, unplug for a few minutes, then plug it back in. It should take an update and correct the time. Being newer than my 920, the 922's battery should be fine, during the few minutes of no power.

On G-1 03, I get "Cannot find channel..." I tried another hit from NPS, still 1 hour behind.

If you get "cannot find channel" on G1-3 is the DC light on? , does the DC light come on on G1-100? Do you get all your subscription channels?

Yes the DC light does come on both on G1-3 & 100. I don`t have any current subscriptions. I mostly watch Northwest Cable News on C4-581 which is also a DC channel. I`ve tried the NPS hits there as well.
In looking at my unit S/N are the first two digits zero zero or O O?? I`ve been entering them as Zero Zero.

This may be a long shot but does your guide work? If it don't you may need to authorize it to get your 4DTV to take a hit to update your clock.

When I hit the guide button I get Guide Information Not Available. Does that mean the guide is not working?? How do I authorize it???

Yep.... You need to call NPS or SRL and see if they still authorize the guide for free. If not you will have to subscribe to something to get it. Otherwise learn to live with the clock being off like I did years ago on my DVB receiver.
