CoolSat Programming Help

I just got my CoolSat 5000 set up and am interested in programming in some TV English language stations. I`m using the October 11th list published by Mike Kohl. I want to start with KCWY & KCHF on G4R. I first tried a blind scan and they didn`t show up. Next I tried a PID scan and entered what I thought was the correct data from Mike`s list and there`s all red bars. I have the correct polarity.

Is this data entry correct for KCWY?
Frequency: 3.256
Symbol Rate: 26.660
Video PID: 4130
Audio PID: 4131
PCR PID: 3776
Am I doing something wrong???

you need a C-Band dish to pick that up

I show it at 3776 H 3255 (freq, pol, symbol rate) but it is a bugger to get. I cant get it with my 6 footer
