coolsat 6000 warranty

I just spoke to the Coolsat repair station and they stated there is no truth to the 6000 having no warranty if you purchase after 1 NOV 07.

Do the dealers have any comments? Is this another internet rumor?

Its on their website as such
I wouldnt trust it to be false and find out the hard way.
I bought a 6100 for about the same price and I wont worry about if its covered or not.
Apparently theres too many clones for the 6000s and they want to wind down with selling them.
