COOLSAT 5000 w/ Starchoice elliptical

Hi jsut got my coolsat hooked it up(right after I disconected my starchoice) only getting 11 channels? Whats up I really dont know to much HELP PLEASE

He gone. He's obviously trying to steal. What I think is funny is the 11 channels he is getting aren't even StarChoice channels and these chanels are scrambled

SC uses DCII encryption so it wont work anyways
