My second reciever lost its Directv Programming Signal, cuz i has it unpluged for a couple of months, so i needed to call directv to send the programming code signal back to my reciever,
so i call directv and i as allways get the automated directv menu on the phone, so i wanted to speak to a live person i kept hitting the 5 or 0 for a live operator, but it saying i pressed the wrong button on the phone, so then it ask me what message i get on the reciever, so i hit ext 721, then it the automated system tells me to wait, and one sec later, the directv picture comes up.
So Directv made a cool automated phone feature where they send the directv signal without speaking and waiting for an CSR, Pretty cool huh.
I saved the time waiting for an CSR
