Contract up how to keep my credits?

Hello all. My parents 2year contact is up soon and they will be lousing there 10 dollar HD credits and some other 10 dollar credit for something. My question is is it even worth calling to ask if they will keep the bill the same or should they cancel and have it installed in my mothers name? Thoughts/Input? Thanks everyone!!!

That is not an on going offer when your credits expire they expire wether you remain as a customer or not. Before you have your mother sign up as a new customer you better check the new promotions to see if there would be a benefit. I believe the current promotion is 3 months free and those 3 months are spread out over the 2 year contract.
