Ever since having my 622 installed along with the required dish changes. I've been having reception/connectivity problems. Dish has sent the installer out twice and the situation has yet to be resolved. Got a third appointment this Wed. Maybe someone here can give me clues to tell the installer what to look for or do.
Original installation which worked flawlessly.

Get check switch errors on all receivers, sometimes the test come back with everything ok other times it comes back with reception errors. Last time I talked with advanced tech support they had me test each satellite and apparantly currently on two of them I am only seeing the even transponders and not the odd even tho' sometime the check error show no errors and sometimes it show no connection. And obviously I've lost a good portion of my channels.
Installer has previously tried replacing the switch and LNB's. Anyone got any ideas to check when he comes out again Wed. Thanks.
