Can someone tell me how to connect (1) dish 512 receiver on two TV's along with being able to see OTA cable from roof antenna on both Tv's as well as seeing dish?

You would only be able to mirror the picture on the 512. It is a solo DVR do it only has the one cable output. You can hook RCA to the TV by the receiver and run the cable to the second television, but it would only show the same picture on both televisions. The 512 does have a UHF antenna so the remote would work from both locations, but they would not have separate programming.
You guys... The 512 is a crippled 522 and most certainly has TWO tuners. (The part about mirroring was correct.) And I think the OP could make use of the passthrough to do what she wants. Or doesn't a 522/512 have an antenna input?
Edited to add: Yup. The 512 has an antenna input to pass through the OTA signal to the RF output.
