I have a sw44 switch and want to add 61.5, how can I connect the new satellite to the switch or what switch would I need, I have a VIP222k

You would need to use a SW21. 110/119 on the SW44 output to one side of a SW21 and the third satellite to the other side of the SW21.
But, really if you are in California as your sig suggests you probably want to add 129, not 61.5. They are moving the HD off of 61.5.
Also consider having Dish do the upgrade for you. With Dish doing it they will get you a dish with a triple LNB and DPP switches.
