YOU Are officially the first studio to screw up a title during mastering/encoding process.

Here's the problem. Die Hard 2. I have a Panasonic BD30 into an Integra 9.8. When selecting DTS Master on DH2, there is no sound. When I select Dolby, there is (remeber Dolby is a PLII track). I took the disc downstairs to my BD10 which internally decodes DTS HR, I get sound. Other users are experiencing the same issue.

When I called Fox, the person immediately knew of the problem before I could finish explaining.

Well, Fox seems to be on a roll here.

How is the PQ on DH2? I was holding off on buying the collection until I saw reviews for DH1-3, and HighdefDigest gave 1 & 2 pretty mediocre reviews for PQ. But, the killer for me is the PG-13 only version of Live Free or Die Hard, while the standard DVD has both that and the Unrated version. I'm no fan of gratuitous violence or profanity; I've never been a fan of The Sopranos for several reasons, but replacing every possible verb & pronoun with the F word is one of the top reasons - it gets very old very quickly. But John McClane saying "Pal, you hold it right there!" instead of "Shut the f*ck up!" just isn't a Die Hard movie for me. :shh

Is the problem a Fox issue or is it a firmware problem (the past problems have been that fox uses sony's specs but the players aren't ready for the discs yet.) Also the PG13/Urated debate is hilarious as it depends on if you want the audio to match the video. The unrated dvd has a lot of over-dubbing in which you see him say "Pal you hold it right there" but the audio says "Shut the f*ck up"... it's kind of annoying like watching a dub of a foreign film. I would have loved to hear mcclane say "Yippi Kay Aye Mother F***er" but to have the audio say it while his lips clearly say just "Yippi Kay Aye" is disappointing.

Fox issue. They knew about it when I called. All 3 of the other movies played without a hitch.
