Compro Videomate S350 signal problem.

I am from Cape Town South Africa. I have a PC based DVB PCI card (Compro Videomate S350). I have installed the software correctly,updated all relevant drivers, yet when I do a blind search I get nothing. My satellite beeper indicates that I have a strong signal . My dish installer setup my dish to point to Intelsat 7,10 (Multi Choice South Africa).
My card shows a 0 percent signal strength. I would also like more info on which channel I can receive here in SA.

AFAIK, no PCI DVB card (yours included, looking at the specs) does a true "blind search." It may be scanning a known list of transponder frequencies, but if they don't match up to what you're pointed at, you won't get a thing. Also, according to Lyngsat, where you're pointed (68.5 East, Intelsat 7/10) only has Irdeto 2 scrambled programming. As your Videomate S350 doesn't have a CAM slot, I don't think you'd legally see anything at that location anyway.
