I have an employee who recently signed up for DTV that feels she did not have everything explained to her. She bought an HD set and was sold (direct fronm D*) SD receivers and SD service. Now that she has discovered she needs HD receivers D* is apparently telling her she does not qualify for any new customer rebates.
With E* I would complain to ceo@echostar.com. I am sure that there is some appeal process with D but I do not know of a phone number or email address. Can anyone provide that?
