one thing though, when I called ku*** to order the equipment, the guy refused to sell me anything unless I told him what broker I was going to be using. Since I did not remember the magic word and was not at the computer (I wasn't really expecting him to require that information), he offered broker services from them. Since I wasn't comfortable w/ that, I told him I'd call back later.
Came back to my computer, pulled the broker name provided by iceberg, called him back. He was pretty happy to hear the broker name I gave him and processed the order right away.
Bottom line, for new people, even though I perfectly understand where iceberg is coming from, it appears you need to know which broker you will be using before ordering the equipment.
