New Baseball Season

New baseball season around the corner. Is this a dead issue?

They are knocking down the spectrum sometime between May and July. When they do that they lose their loophole as they will have to transmit via satellite since the terresterial cable will be removed. There may be an update then.

Last month when I was down there,there was a report on CSN that the demolition was put on hold indefinitely due to the economy.Was there a change in plans ? It was also in the papers too.

Even if the terrestrial loophole goes away, there still needs to be negotiations to carry it. Comcast apparently wants big bucks to carry some of their networks, such as CSNNW, which Directv doesn't yet have.
