Comcast office attacked by little old lady

I'd like an updated report -- to find out whether she's satisfied with new service from competing telecommunications companies.

My guess is … yes.
 
I wouldnt be suprised if when she originally called in to get set up with the comcast service she told them to change number to avoid a porting fee. And if not how is she so sure it was comcast that screwed up the port and not her original phone provider not releasing the number? Seams like a disgruntled old lady looked to make headlines.
 
In either case, when some one shows up to an office to talk to a manage, and he/she ducks out the back door, a hammer is called for... :) Some one is trying to skirt the issues. There is zero excuse for that from ANY company.
