Combine/uncombine two signals from multiswitch

How can I combine two signals coming out of my 4x8 multiswitch in order to run to another part of the house (there are already jacks installed to accomplish this task), then uncombine the signals to go into the back of a dual input receiver (UltimateTV - yeah I know)?

Most normal diplexers are specifically labeled for combining satellite and OTA/cable signals. I'm not sure these kind of diplexers will work for me.

i think you are talking about a stacker destacker combo.... pelase note youll only get 101 and not any of the other sats.
