HERE TO HELP YOU!
Thought this might be a thread for those of us with the Dawn of C-Band equip still in our possession ... Here are some of my old C-Band equipment photos... my Digital Camera is ancient... the first shot is of my old Sat Etc receivers top is the back view the grey box beside is the down converter that was between the receiver and the LNA ... The Last shot is of My Drake SA 24 Stereo Adapter that hooked to a composite out on the receivers allowing Stereo Reception. You had to manually tune both Left and Right and figure out if they were wide frequency or narrow frequency. It Had Dynamic Noise Reduction... I have a Standalone VCII scrambler somewhere, when I find I will post pics of...

We gotta stop this...

TIME WARP again and I am feeling really old :p ( I remember some of the units....but I also see a projector in one PIC! ...Is it what I think it is? (nice and expensive!) My first setup had a separate receiver, Positioner, and stand alone VCII as well! It had a button panel on it if I remember! Then came the Toshiba and then came the 4dtv 920...now the 922!!!!

Regards
Jeff

If I had a camera, I could show you guys some good ole stuff. Speaking of Hand Cranks, my original BUD, which I still use, had 2 hand cranks, one was replaced with an actuator for the arc movement, it's in the shop on a shelf, the other is still a part of the polar mount.
