I finally got someone to help me on facebook I have always had good luck with them on there. Got an appointment for an install in the morning 8 to 12 for a Hopper with Sling and one Super Joey since we just have 2 tvs..... And I didnt watch these channels much other then HLN and some trutv but not enough to want my bill increased to keep them.Did you select Customer Service or New Sales Support? I bet the new sales support could help you and the queue would be shorter.
I started at 74 in queue and after 5 minutes I'm down to 33, so it isn't taking as long as estimated.
