The biggest reason our family hasn't adopted the online/streaming model for viewing movies is lack of closed captions... Xbox, PS3, Netflix, Vudu none of these offer closed captions.
Will XStreamHd offers these on their content? We all know the closed captions are there (in the BD and DVD offerings).
