Closed Caption problems

I have an H20 receiver, and several times a day, Closed caption is somehow turned on. No one else here, just me. Watch one channel, turn to another, and sometimes the C.C. turns on ,and I use yellow button to turn off. Does not happen all the time or on specific channels, seems 100% random.

The same thing is happening with my H20. Have no idea why.
