Close to the equator dish pointing

Was watching a rap video shot in Haiti and spotted the dish. I forget that other geographics have such strange looking dish pointing. I was in Canada and everyone had hacked direct back in the day because Canadian tv sucks. The dishes at 101° looked like they were aimed at the ground. This one looks like its practically straight up.

Have installed satellite dishes in the Caribbean and yes, they are often point straight up. Motorized installs are very difficult near the equator. The flop is considerable and often wished they were HH!

If solid reflectors, both types will pool water when parked near the top of the arc.
