(TheBridge) TOP STORY - Adding to the recent buzz surrounding EchoStar, Atlanta-based law firm Chitwood and Harley said it filed an initial class action complaint in U.S. District Court in Colorado charging the company with alleged securities fraud on behalf of investors who purchased the company's securities from Aug. 10 through March 9. There was no comment concerning the complaint from EchoStar, which according to recent press reports is facing SEC inquiries into past accounting matters.

ANything like this that distracts Charlie Ergen from dealing with the Voom deal is bad for voom too. I hope its resolved quickly.

Unless the SEC finds a problem, it has no grounds. Good way to waste some attorney billable time, but not much else to read into that for right now.
