circular polarization

Is there anything up there in circular polarization that the 4DTV can receive?
I am wanting to upgrade my feedhorn to a c/ku, and wandering if it is worth buying a Chaparral Corotor II+ Wideband

My impression is that the circular C band sats are primarily over the Atlantic ?

And some over the Pacific ?

If thaat is correct , I would guess it would depend on if you live on one of the coasts ?
