Cinemax hd west problem?

Just flipping through channels and noticed cinemax hd west has closed captioning on...my closed captioning is off on the reciever and the tv so what gives?

Update...just checked cinemax w hd and now no closed caption...very strange.

I noticed the same thing last night around 10pm. I thought it was my TV at first but after some checks i found out it was being broadcast that way....Weird

I also had heavy pixelized screen about 20 minutes befor the closed caption problem.

Didn't notice it myself, I'd imagine it will just go away on its own shortly...

That channel has been doing all sorts of odd things. It was WMax SD for almost a whole day.
