They're on the 77 degree satellite. You need either the Eastern Arc Dish (1000.4), or a wing dish at 77.

No it is correct.
I just got a new dish installed a 1000.4 this one dish replaced my two dish setup that I had before and that is the Eastern arch and I believe that it is ONLY MPEG4 and there for you need a VIP receiver.
