Christmas Theme?

Sorry if this is a stupid question, I noticed that when I'm not logged in the site has a Christmas theme that I like. I noticed though when I am logged in I don't have the Christmas theme. Any way to fix that?

bottom left is a dropdown. I actually had to set it on my home page and in the forums page to get it to carry through entirely.
