Christian channels

what christian channels are fta?

what satellites do I have to point to to get FTA christian channels?

I am paying for skyangel now and they are dropping too many channels.

would I need a motorized dish to get them in or are christian channels on one satellite?

The most are at IA5 at 97W... TBN, JCTV, Daystar, Smile of a child, Miracle Channel, CHurch Channel, God's Learning Channel, Word Network.

The Seventh Day Adventist Channels are at AMC4 at 101W, 3ABN, Hope Channel.

There are a handful of others on other satellites, Gospel Broadcasting Network at AMC 6 72W, Apostolic Oneless Network at G3C 95W, Daystar also on Galaxy 10R 123W.

If all you want are the channels at IA5, you wouldn't need a motor.

Most/ALL of these channels are legal FTA, thats the point I guess.


Some of those satellites are on the other side of the world!

what channels that I listed can I not receive FTA due to sat too far from usa if you please?

If I am not mistaken you can pick up AMC4 and IA5 with the same dish without a motor if you have a dual LNBF. Dove TV is also on AMC4 if they ever get their act together but they have been down for a few months. It also has a FOX affliate.
