I suggest you find out what's available in your area. On the WildBlue.com website there's a "Locate a Dealer" feature. You key in your Zipcode and it gives you the 3 closest dealers. I assume Hughesnet has the same feature. Call the available dealers / installers and ask specific question about your install - where you want the dish installed, how they will run the cables to connect to the indoor modem, etc. Ask for references, and then decide how comfortable you feel with them.

I called 2 dealers asking for references and they have not called me back. How long should I wait. I am leaning towards Wildblue, but if I can't find a good installer I'm sunk before I even get started. Anybody have any suggestions?
