Still not getting the HD feed of TMC east and getting the 721 message.

Doesnt even show up for me in 'channels I get' and 721's if I tune directly.

I reset the receiver last night, and I still got the 721 message.
This morning I noticed a new line on the online account...

I am getting it now. I had to cancel the package and re- subsrcibe weird.
