I was certainly surprised when getting ready to record an Atlantic Counsil discussion at 11AM Eastern on Dish 210
First I thought, "this is unsual music for C-Span" so I checked on Uverse 0230
C-span is normal there. Since I am totally blind, I have no idea
whats on the video, although the Wally speech just
say "Public Afairs" Thanks so much in advance for
any guidance
