Got a letter in the mail.
I have the Polish super package, and the letter indicates they may have to do some hardware / dish updates to my setup. I currently get the Polish channels off sat 61.5.

The channel numbers are :
611, 901, 736, 737, 733, 767, 734

thanks.

Correct they are being moved off of satellite 61.5 and are moving to 118.7. If you'd like to PM me your account information I can set this up for you.

I don't have an exact date when it will be gone all I have that it for the Polish channels it will be in 2012. I would recommend getting it down before that time though.

I'm assuming you have an Eastern Arc setup (61.5, 72.7 and 77) If that's true, then you'll need a wing dish at 118.7. If you don't want 2 dishes on your roof, the alternative would be to switch to Western Arc and get the Dish (DPP) 1000+ so you can still get all of your programming on just one dish. (Chicago locals are on both arcs) The 1000+ would receive 4 orbits: 110, 118.7, 119, and 129.

Chicago is mostly western arc. They do simulcast hd locals on both arcs, so the op can get by with one dish (1000+).
