Uh guys, check out all the new Chicago HD locals up now!

20 WYCC
26 WCIU
50 WPWR
66 WGBO (already up a week or two ago)

This had to have happened today, because when I surfed by them all last night, the HD feeds definitely were NOT up.
(I do NOT hide my SD dupes, so I easily know if an HD version appears)
Now if they would only get MeToo up in SD (would even settle for it being ONLY in MPEG4 SD) & WSNS, Chicago's all set on the HD front!

that is great news!!! I just check 50 and its in HD cause everything else is broadcasting in SD right now; YAHOO!!!!!!!!!

I have been able to see Channel 26 (WCIU ) in HD for the last few years because I have an OTA.

Per wikipedia: In April 2006, WCIU began broadcasting home games of the*Chicago White Sox,*Chicago Cubs, and theChicago Bulls*in 720p HD with Dolby Digital 5.1 audio on its digital signal. In April 2008, WCIU began broadcasting both home and away games of the Chicago White Sox, Chicago Cubs in 720p HD with Dolby Digital 5.1 audio on its digital signal.

Directv now providing WCIU in HD is indeed good news for Chicago sports fans who have Directv and do not have an OTA.
