check switch 1 of 12

I am installing a 1000.4 dish with a 722 receiver. I am looking for eastern band sats 61.5, 72.5, and 77. When I run a check switch I get a 1 0f 12 and I cannot get the correct sats . I am connected to the second port (72.5) on the LNB and getting a great signal strength on my meter. Does anyone know what is causing the failure to get the sats online ?

Before check switch, you should show signal strength if you tune to 61.5 on signal strength screen. Once signal locks and meter bar turns green, exit out of screen. Hopefully, you will get the screen that asks if your dish is locked down, answer yes and receiver should download new software. Once software is downloaded, you should be okay.
