I received a note on my cable bill from charter cable in St Louis mo that as of July 17 they will be going all digital.
MY subscription is for the full package which is connected to the main tv.
I have a second tv which is seldom used and then only to watch the local talk shows at night.
When Charter goes to all digial will I have to rent another cable box for the second tv if I only want to watch the local channels or will it work it still work as it does now?

No, it is not any kind of massive change to your system. They are simply trying to improve what you already have. The digital box will simply broadcast channels 1-99 as digital channels instead of analog. All other TVs will stay the same.

Yes correct they will stay the same but the channel 1-99 will go dgital I have not gotten my bill saying that in Glendale, CA oh who knows, the mandate was 2006 who knows they will probably push it back to 2007!
