Channels on 129

How can I find out what channels are on 129? I have several issues with TBS and CNN and was wondering if I am able to get some 129 channels or just these are causing me troubles.

Are you talking about CNN HD and TBS HD? Cnn HD is on 129 TP11 and TBS HD on 129 TP6. Check the signal for those transponders.
