What the heck are they doing with all their satellite bandwidth that they're not able to keep providing channels? (This is not a new complaint of mine, mind you -- I've been asking for basically forever why they're not able to provide software downloads and guide updates, things that should require much less bandwidth than video, in a speedy manner...)

There are a lot of Arabic Bonus channels. Weren't these channels on 118.5? Where do you get this information from?

Technicians have a portal page on Dish's vast network of internet sites that get things like this posted. Typically, when it's something profound, I'll copy/paste it here.
There is a rash of International accounts migrating from VIPs to Hoppers to accommodate all these new streaming feeds.

The bandwidth question is interesting because, 7 years later, we're being forced to migrate the Peoria market from Eastern Arc back to Western Arc - with no solid reason given why. There are a lot of things moving around these days.

Cheaper to do via internet
