channel list for each satellite?

I tried 'search', but for the threads I thought may have the answer, every time I'd click on one only the first post would come up, even tho the search page would show 6 or 25 or whatever.

I am sure I've seen where I can print a list of which channels come off of which satellites but I can't find where now that I need it

I simply need a list of the channels that are on 110 and 119. Can someone help please?
