Channel breakup on 61.5 today?

ever since Sats were move to allow for the new E16 to the 61.5 location, I have seen a lower signal level and picture breakup on 61.5 channels, especially 329, 330. Anyone else seeing this problem?

It could just be that your Dish is a bit out of alignment. Essentially a small Dish should see a couple degrees of arc as a single satellite. You might just be too far out of alignment.
