Changng monthly bill.....

This month's bill was $5 more than last month, even though I made no changes. I call Dish & the response that movie channels went up $2, basic package went up $2. Wasn't there a price increase in February??? The Dish person said no, hasn't been a price increase on programming for a couple of years. Asked about the loss of the 4 HD channels this month & shouldn't we get some type of credit, his reply was that problem was in being worked on now. Asked about paying for locals & only being able to recieve the sd versions even though they were available in HD. Told him that I should be able to be updated to EA instead of WA in order to receive what I was paying for. He then said that "soon" the locals would be available on WA also. Has anyone else heard of that???
