I wanted to use Chat but could not find a link. I guess Chat is gone. Anyway called the 5000 number and talked to "M" (yeah that was here name) and could hardly understand her. She indicated I would have to subscribe to the Korean pkg to make the change and I told her I already had it. Asked to talk to someone else as it was obvious she was confused but she refused. Question: Do they only change the pkg at the start of a new billing cycle as I see it has not changed yet and am not sure she indicated that? Is there a way to get a CSR who is competent?
